New Tenants Connect at Viney Court

Viney Court in Taunton, part of Summerfield Developments’ business centre just off East Reach, has welcomed the arrival of Gigaclear which has taken offices for its new base serving Somerset and the South West.

Gigaclear is an award-winning provider of ultrafast broadband to rural homes and businesses and is on a mission is to unlock the potential of poorly-connected communities across the UK. By investing in the building of its specialist state-of-the-art fibre network, it covers more than 22 counties across the South West, Midlands and South East.

Gigaclear has signed a lease on 2,465 ft² of offices and a store of 430 ft² and will be moving in shortly. The offices are of an exceptional contemporary interior design that proved very popular with high quality materials that connected with the heritage of Viney Court where Van Heusen developed and made shirts and collars in the early 20th Century.
